Natural Beauty

Who loves being outdoors? Breathing in the fresh air, smelling the flowers, listening to the birds, bees and animals. I personally love it! I love waking just taking in all the sounds and beauty of the world around me.

I love hiking too; although, here in the midwest, that is difficult to do unless I travel (which I don’t mind) to Hocking Hills, Ohio or out West. One thing on my bucket list though is to hike the PCT (Pacific Coast Trail).

Grass trail I found that was not quite finished yet

There is something so peaceful about nature. I think it’s because if you just walk and listen, you’ll realize how small you are in a world so big – not to mention, you’re invading the world of all the animals, insects and birds around you.

I went for a walk on this trail I always take. I would give you the name of the trail; however, there legit is no name for it lol. I just call it the “Trail on Brint Road”. I always walk this trail; it’s way less busy and crowded vs the actual park trails.

Don’t get me wrong I love parks too! It’s just I prefer a less crowded atmosphere that’s all.

I highly suggest you get out of the indoors, especially after the year we had, and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the outdoors! Whether you decide to take a stroll, power walk, jog or high speed run, just get outside and get some fresh air. I promise it will make you instantly feel 100x better.

Below are some more photos I took on my lovely adventure yesterday 😄
