Whew, what a year. I cannot believe at how bad I am at keeping up with this 😅

Let’s talk life – this year has been flying by! I feel as though I have had nothing going on or to do, but at the same time, have so many things that are on my roster.

Let’s recap 2025:

  • January not much happened. Just coming off of the holidays, it was a month of relaxing and spending Sundays at the hockey rink for Christian’s Hockey Beer League.
  • February was filled with excitement as I celebrated my 34th Birthday around the sun 🌞. I celebrated by inviting all of our friends down for a themed birthday party – Kelsey’s 34 at the C Shore (a play on Jersey Shore). Everyone showed up in their best Guido and Guidette fits and came to party!
    • I also completed a 5k Walk with my mother and step-dad for 2 free tickets to a Columbus Blue Jackets game!
    • My birthday party invite I sent out below:
  • March was filled with birthday celebrations, a Columbus Blue Jackets (CBJ) hockey game, and my brother and future sister-in-laws Wedding Shower!
  • April was a very busy month!
    • My cousin/bestie and her son came to visit and we took him to Legoland.
    • The Masters were on and Christian was not to be bothered!
    • I ran the OSU 4 Miler Run for the first time with my sister Aubree — I was dying the whole time, but shoutout to Aubree for the constant motivation!
    • Aubree and I went on a girls trip to 30A for a long weekend getaway (post coming soon, I promise)!
  • May – was a slower month, but still had a lot to look forward too!
    • Christian’s Hockey Beer League games every Sunday.
    • Mother’s Day and my mothers birthday!
    • Christian and I’s 3 year Wedding Anniversary! It is crazy that we have been married 3 years already!
    • Went to the lake for Memorial Day weekend to visit with family and my father.
    • MY BROTHER GOT MARRIED!
      • I feel so old 😥 but super happy for Charlie and Amy! It was a beautiful wedding and a super fun reception!

    • Went to the Kesha concert with my sister Megan at the Pine Knob Music Theatre.
  • August was laid back and relaxing.
    • My sister-in-law and I drove up to visit the Sheiyah Market. It is located in Amish Country in Berlin, OH. The drive was an hour and a half and gave us great country scenery. Sheiyah Market, has a lot to offer – from home decor, to boutiques for stylish clothing.
    • Went to Shadowbox Live for the first time! Shadowbox live is a dinner theatre. The show I attended was Millennium: A 2000’s Musical. It was interesting – it was a mix of 2000 musical performances with a sketch. I thought it was good, although my mother-in-law and her friend who Aubree and I went with, said that there were better shows.
    • Girls Weekend at the Lake – this was a much needed break and time visiting with the best friends to plan our next girls trip for 2026!
