
If you’ve never heard of Hotworx – you’re missing out! What is it you ask? To put it simply, you workout in a sauna between 120-125°F for about 45 minutes.
I have never finished a workout dripping sweat, nor have I ever felt so good after working out! The workouts are 45 mins long, but you are finished with them before you know it!
Some of the workouts they offer are the following: Hot Yoga, Buns, Pilates, Bands, Core, Barre None, ISO, and Warrior. They also have Hot Cycle and Blast for cardio (these are 15 mins each). Free weights are available as well.
