Life with Kelso

My bachelorette party was the end of January this year (1/24/22 – 1/27/22) and my bridesmaids and I, along with my mother and future mother-in-law, traveled out west to Scottsdale, Arizona.

How did I decide upon Arizona for my bachelorette trip? Well, I got engaged in August 2021 & we set our wedding date for May 2022. The only months I had available for a bachelorette party were the fall/winter months of September – March (myself & bridal party all live in the Midwest).

I did not want to have my bachelorette party the month after I got engaged (September) and then next few months everyone would be busy with the holidays; therefore, I decided to have my bachelorette party after the new year.

Once the dates were set for the trip, plane tickets were bought and were reserved our Airbnb. The closer the end of January was getting the more and more myself and everyone else was getting excited! It was not only a party to celebrate me getting engaged, but also a nice little getaway after the holidays.

So when the time came, we packed up our bags, headed to the airport and on our way we went!
